Welcome to the North Cross Youth Page

Youth Mission Statement   To provide an environment where youth can develop relationships with God and others, set themselves apart from the outside world, form their own belief system and serve God.

North Cross Youth is open to all youth 6th through 12th grade. You need not be a member of the church. Friends are welcome and encouraged to join any of the activities or events.

Recurring Events

Youth Sunday School - open to all youth entering 6th grade in the fall through 12th grade. Located in the youth room which is in the lower level of the church. Times are 9:45 to 10:45. During the summer we have four different formats we rotate through each month - Random Acts of Kindness, Breakfast and a Conversation,  Assisting Children's Sunday School, and field trips to other churches.

Wednesday Youth Nite - WYN - August through May. Open to all youth 6th through 12th grade. A time to form friendships, grow with Christ through games, singing, worship, Bible study, large and small group discussions, fellowship, food and fun.

Wednesday Dinners - Main youth fundraiser September through May from 5:30-6:15.We serve family style meals for $5 for adults and $2.50 for children.  Dinners are open to adults and children of all ages. Youth may arrive as early at 3:00 pm to assist with cooking, serving, and cleaning. Those working the dinners will earn money for upcoming youth events and the summer mission trip.

Youth Bells - 4:30 - 5:15 pm every Sunday. Whether you are an accomplished musician or just starting out, you are invited to join the Youth Hand Bells Choir. This is a fun group that practices every Sunday  and performs a few Sundays each year.  Youth will enjoy the fellowship of others, the joy of music, and learning to play the bells under the direction of Steve Lindsay.
